Worried about gaining weight over the holidays? Don’t just survive this holiday season…thrive!

The CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center is launching Maintain Not Gain, a six-week virtual program to help you thrive this holiday season.

This program is open to anyone no matter where you live. It is designed for people interested in not gaining weight and improving their nutrition, fitness and mindset. The program was developed by key center staff and includes access to expert advice on Movement, Meals and Mindset every week directly in your inbox.

This virtual program includes healthy nutrition tips, downloadable recipes, on-the-go workouts, exercise technique videos, customized cardio programs from our Human Performance Lab and unique stress relief practices. Our fitness, nutrition and mindset experts will also be giving webinars during these six weeks. The program includes a live kick-off free workout at the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center and two complimentary guest passes to the Fitness Center!

Weights will be self-reported at the beginning and end and prizes will be awarded. You can join the fun and learn some valuable tactics to make this holiday season more enjoyable for just $25. The program begins Nov. 16. To learn more, visit
