Lorna Moore, PhD, professor of obstetrics and gynecology, joined a group of distinguished colleagues last month when she was award the Robert F. Grover Prize from the American Thoracic Society during a ceremony in Philadelphia.

The award recognizes “outstanding contributions to the study of the effect of hypoxia and high altitude on the pulmonary circulation” and is named after Robert F. Grover, MD, PhD, a member of the CU School of Medicine faculty from 1957 until 1984.
