Kathryn Mueller

Kathryn L. Mueller, MD, MPH, FACOEM, professor in the School of Medicine and the Colorado School of Public Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and the medical director for the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation in Denver, has been named the president of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), the nation’s largest association representing occupational and environmental physicians.

Mueller was installed during ACOEM’s American Occupational Health Conference (AOHC), held in San Antonio, Tex., last month.

Founded in 1916, ACOEM is the nation’s largest medical society dedicated to promoting the health of workers through preventive medicine, clinical care, research, and education.
