??AURORA, Colo. – Snow already is falling in Colorado’s high country, and ski resorts are gearing up for the beginning of the 2013-14 ski season.

Many CU Anschutz Medical Campus students, faculty and staff turned out yesterday and today under cool, rainy skies for the annual SkiDAZE. It’s an opportuity to shop for discounted season ski-lift passes and other options offered by resorts and businesses.

The annual SkiDAZE event is a longtime tradition sponsored by the Health Sciences Student Senate and hosted by the Office of Campus Student Services.

“Today’s cool, rainy weather didn’t stop the fun,” said Cheryl A. Gibson, director, Office of Campus Student Services. “It took some work but we moved SkiDAZE from the Boettcher Commons inside to Ed 2 North where shoppers stayed warm while they enjoyed the great deals offered.“
