DENVER and AURORA, Colo. – An Important website update scheduled for this coming weekend, Dec. 1-2, 2012, will mean intermittent outages to the CU Denver l Anschutz Medical Campus websites.

This update involves the Microsoft SharePoint system that provides the software backbone for our University’s central web resource. Additional information from the Web Services team about this update is available online.

As a result of this work, website visitors may experience intermittent outages for the ucdenver.edu website and all subsites that are within SharePoint. During the 16-hour period, site visitors will see a maintenance page alerting users to the outage, and providing links to critical CU Denver systems unaffected by this upgrade, e.g. email, Blackboard and eCollege to name a few.

The Web Services team has been working directly with the web advisory team across the university in preparation for this process. Any questions can be directed to: [email protected].
